10 after effects working night

 After working for more than 2 years in night shift, I can list out the changes that my body underwent. It took more than six months for me to return back to my normal health. I followed strict diet, exercise etc. to get back to normalcy. Walking is the best exercise that helped me to recover my normal health fast.
1) Your sleeping pattern gets disturbed.

2) You gain much weight. Sometimes you have a bloated appearance.

3) You experience changes in the hormonal levels.

4) Your food habits gets altered.

5) Your quality time spent with family decreases.

6) Your intake of tea or coffee increases.

7) You feel you can work better at night than at day time.

8) Whole world around you looks noisy and disturbing.

9) Evenings make you feel brisk and happy.

10) Mornings tend to be a time to sleep and nothing else.
